New Loaf

The first loaf of the year, actually baked yesterday but sliced for lunch today. Not a sourdough though as the starter's just recovering after hibernating in the fridge for the last month; think it's OK, bubbling away nicely and doesn't smell like wet dog which I'm reliably informed is the time to ditch it.
Hit the golf course this morning and caught up with my golfing buddies. The course was white and frozen solid, always makes for an interesting game, but we'd a good laugh. That's important when you're getting beaten.
