Neighbourhood house

It was a beautiful day today! The snow stopped and the sun came out and warmed everything up. The side streets are still full of snow so rather than driving to my meeting this afternoon, I walked through the neighbourhood and then took the metro.

We live in an eclectic neighbourhood with a mix of architectural styles that were built over a number of decades. The houses on the sunny side of the street looked especially pretty in the dazzling sunlight with icicles dangling from the eaves. This one still had a few Christmas ornaments adorning the door.
