A little on the flat side!!

A funny day weather wise,full of beautiful sunshine and torrential rain showers. On the plus side some wonderful rainbows. Oven on to cook a piece of beef so decided to do some baking. Bars brith turned out fantastic but sandwich cake a little on the flat side!
