Red Wharf Bay, Anglesey: Very High Tide

Took a little detour down to beach this morning only to find that there was a very high tide. The sandy area at the front of the shot is usually the car park but this morning it was under a lot of water and the tide was still coming in.

Added 17 October: just found out that the ship is Patricia which belongs to Trinity House and carries out an assortment of maritime jobs, including maintenance of navigational buoys and marking wrecks.
