The Lozarithm Lens

Bath (Wednesday 17th January 2018)

I travelled to Bath today to meet up with the Spotlight Kid for an art exhibition in the Holburne Museum (Seurat To Riley: The Art Of Perception), lunch at Yak Yeti Yak Nepalese restaurant (Yak and Yeti not on the menu) and a general mooch around the city. From the Holburne Museum our intrepid explorations led us to the very source of the Kennet and Avon at Bath Lock (shown in Extras). From there we walked up to the Royal Crescent and back to Bath Spa railway station. As this is Wide Wednesday I have chosen for Blip this view of North Parade Bridge as seen from the River Avon. Thanks to MC steveeng.
As we approached the bridge we saw and heard two peregrine falcons on the tower of the adjacent church, a 2018 first for both of us.
