Gumnut Flowers.

A much cooler start to the day.  So very pleasant for my early morning walk.

Later on I decided to go shopping at the new Coles supermarket, that's just opened near me.

It's alright very big, and a bit confusing, and actually not very interesting.  I think I'll stick to my little Coles for the time being, or Woolworths which I think has a better atmosphere.

I also booked a much needed hair appointment for tomorrow. 

I also got a letter from the hospital for a follow up appointment to the Cardiology clinic.  They said they'd see me in a year.  Probably making sure I'm still alive.
