My first Danish dish

Today was the first day of the mystery trip CB organised. To Copenhagen. Wow! I am very lucky to be married to someone who likes arranging mystery trips! We arrived in the evening, and went to Meyer's, a local deli and cafe, and this was one of their specials. My first taste of Danish cuisine. I leave it to you to guess what it is. It's not very esoteric! All I'll say is that there is a vegetable there I have grown and eaten at home, but never in a restaurant before.
