Goodbye old friend

Our boiler has served us very well for over 23 years since we moved in to this house. Recently it has started to show its age with some moaning and groaning! As there is some pipe work in the hall we decided to replace it before getting the hall redecorated. So this is the final night it will keep us warm and supply us with hot water.
