The man from Leek.

I didn't get his name and he wondered why I would possibly want his portrait.........why wouldn't I?

We had a good conversation and put the world to rights while we both waited patiently for our bacon sarnies. 

After living a bit more healthily since Christmas I've lost almost a stone so I treated myself to a naughty breakfast sandwich which was rather nice.

My fighting/target weight is only one pound away but I may loose just a few more to combat all the calories I'm likely to take in on my holidays in April and May.
