Taking time out

Last nights excesses were felt very much today...and as a consequence  it was tough. To add to that, work was mostly meetings which left me moving from room to room, floor to floor on the hour...

Later, I did a fairly brutal session on the turbo which although at the time was horrible, afterwards, I felt very good.
