It's a try

I have been thinking that I should do more exercise. So I have been out this morning for my flue jab, then into town at a brisk pace. This afternoon thought I would go to the park and near by rugby ground for another walk. Had a quick look at them playing and managed to get this try.

Left them went down the lane for more exercise. When I could not believe it I twisted my angle again, and I was on the floor. Fell on the same knee and grazed my same hand. Very painful and very annoyed at myself. Think I will have to go out in my boots next time.
