Japanese anemone......

.......head bowed as it gently nods in the breeze, drooping as it searches for the light and heavy under it's own weight.

Our morning was refreshing as light showers passed through, doors and windows were flung wide as cooler air found it's way inside, it was sooo nice. However, this afternoon was hot! I could feel the sun burning my skin as I checked the letterbox while white puffy clouds sailed through the sky, looking forward to cooler temps early next week.

I've got a close eye on cyclone Gita......just saying :)

Saturday.....28C, certainly having a succession of hot days, another expected tomorrow.
