Swag?

Today I travelled to Ottawa with my Friday team for a four day curling Bonspiel fundraiser for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. It is an organizational challenge with 64 women’s teams in the open division and another 32 in the seniors (almost 400 curlers) playing at 9 host clubs in the Ottawa area. Congratulations to the organizers for pulling it off - for the 20th anniversary of the event.

Upon our arrival we were given a couple of swag items, including this toque. It found a perfect home on our Kleenex box. Yup, both members of the front end, including me, were suffering from a terrible cold - and needed the Kleenex badly...
