Where are my Team mates?

Preparing for the synchronised aerial flying, Billy the Blackbird was looking for his partner, Bob, but he was nowhere to be seen. When will they get another chance at a medal if Bob decides to stay away?
On the next Podium was Walter pigeon, just preparing for his take off. (See extra) He looked quite settled at one time, and thought he would just sit there, but all of a sudden he stood up, and prepared for his flight to a neighbouring roof where Gladys was waiting patiently for him.
Bit of a chilly day or flying today, so the intrepid reported didn't have too steady a hand on the camera. Bit of s cold shake there!!!
Not sure where the gold medals will be awarded to these teams!
