Sgwarnog: In the Field

Autumn Sonata

Another beautiful autumn day saw 7yo and I spending time down the hill in Roberts Park. People were making the most of the sunshine and enjoying the colour in the trees.

We stopped for lunch at one of the benches, and it was there that this view of the partly obscured bandstand was taken. There was no band on stage today, but the tiny Goldcrest in the conifer above our heads provided our autumn sonata.
