Afternoon walk in the sunshine!

After all the rain and overcast days we’ve had in recent weeks, it was a real treat to go walking round Sharon Woods this afternoon in the sunshine, and under clear blue skies! Quite a number of other people obviously thought the same!
Currently feeling very disgruntled with the garage about my car. We took it in last Tuesday to have some work done. It turned out one of the items had to be ordered, so they said it would be ready Friday and they let us have a loaner - so far so good, except for the expected bill! On Friday Roger got a call from the garage saying the interior of the car had got wet so they would keep it for the weekend and dry it out. They tried to convince him it was a poor seal round the windscreen - only it has been living outside at home, and we’ve had no problem with it. Roger suspects they left a window open, or didn’t shut the door properly, but they’re denying it. This morning’s story was that despite vacuuming the water out as much as possible, and it being inside over the weekend, this morning there was still water in it, and when they turned the engine on various warning lights came on. They suggested we call our insurance company! They will be going to look at it tomorrow to see what they think!
