Playtime in the snow

Peace has been restored. The "beast from the east" has passed and life is beginning to return to normal.

Our road is open again though I have only ventured out on foot. And our local golf course has metamorphised  into a magnet for local families with their sledges.

There are signs of a slow thaw and the temperature reached 2C today- almsot warm!
