Paint Brush Lily

What I thought was called a blood lily is actually called a paint brush lily.  Haemanthus coccineus.  When you look at them as they come out of the ground they certainly do look like paint brushes.  But when they open up - wow - they are amazing.  See extras.  

I did blip one of these just a few days ago, and it was the only one, and I'm thinking, this is awesome.  NOW - there's dozens of them, and it's even more awesome.
