Grey Friars Bobby and Maddison....

We took the opportunity to take three open top tours of the city today but the weather closed in and sent us packing into the interior of the Buses, we even changed Maddison into her jeans and Boots she was so cold. The Haar came down harder as the day progressed and at the end we couldn't see the Castle more to Maddi's dismay.
We did manage to get a few shots of some stuff at ground level, such as the Parliament building and various statues and such like, we had a good time but Maddi got a little bored by the third bus and wanted to return to the Hotel to play with her toys, we did bribe her to stay a while longer and the new doll is testament to our efforts.

We are now tucked up in the hotel and having showers ready to return South tomorrow morning, we will return in the new year but by our selves so we can have a proper look round.
