So many places to go, people to see and things to do... and therefore I told the Doctor about my three next outdoor adventures.  He wrote the dates down on the form and I hope the ultrasound he's requesting can be fitted into a gap.  Fingers crossed.  

NB This isn't to do with my wrist... which is progressing nicely.
