I called, I shivered in the cold, I called again. Then I went to the front garden, still shivering & called again. Then I had a walk through the garden looking for a blip for my Daily Wild account. Then back to his garden plot, where his hawthorn tree grows. I was about to call his name again when I noticed him waiting for me, bobbing on the hedgehog house under the tree, wings flapping, a few clicks & whistles as a greeting. Then he perched on this branch & posed, like he always does :) Feathery xxx's
