Lily Stamens

A beautiful Easter morning! After our 6am service I came home to walk Molly. It was a bright, if frosty, start. The hills were again white with snow and the skylarks were singing.
Drove down to Gullane and then back to North Berwick for the 9.30am and 11am services - both joyous occasions with packed churches and lots of Easter eggs for the children to look for in the church gardens.
Came home for lunch and then took Molly down to Gullane for a walk along the beach and also to look into the church again to take a photo of some of the flowers.
This year the flower people have decorated the large wooden cross that is used on Good Friday. They always do it so artistically. The blip is of the centre of one of the lilies but I've included a couple of extras.
