Mash Up

What to do with a pile of spuds that are sprouting faster than you can eat them? The easy answer was to spend a chunk of this afternoon peeling, boiling, mashing, packing. The result is a kilo and a half of mash stacked away in the freezer but I suspect it won't stay there that all long.
Still have loads of spuds though.
