Patterns

We have moved into our French pattern of living, which was pretty much summed up by what we did today.  The pattern of morning gardening, lunch, then tidy up our outside work and head to the shops.  That's a not untypical pattern of days here, days, that is, when I don't have to do consultancy work.  Weave into that the thoughts and discussions that are going on in connection with our future pattern of life and you have a fairly patterned day.  This outdoor chair, spotted in the garden centre, made me think of the pattern that would be left on one's bottom, if one happened to sit upon it for any length of time!
