Meibomian gland dysfunction. Basically this is a long name for a dry eye condition that affects the oily component in tears. I have had this for nearly 20 years now and I am constantly searching for a cure or something that works to provide decent relief.

These new drops are meant to be quite good - will have to try them and see.
