Park and Ride

We heard a rumour a few weeks ago that the parking charges in Cambridge Park and Ride car parks were to be dropped as people were being put off from visiting the city because of the charges.

Now I think £1 for 18 hours' parking is a bit of a bargain considering our railway station parking is £8 per day. But today we discovered that the parking charges had been dropped since 1 April. So a big thank you to Cambs CC for giving us all such an excellent free service.
