Club walk

A really nice walking day, some sun, some cloud, not a lot of wind, and mild.

We walked on the east coast, from Thorntonloch to Dunbar, a very pleasant 7.5 mile coastal walk, passing Torness Point, and the Torness Power Station, no longer functioning.  On to Barns Ness, and the lighthouse, where we stopped for our sandwiches, and then on to Dunbar, passing along the side of the golf course, which was interesting as there were a lot of golfers out, and courtesy says that we have to wait and allow them to play before passing.  We had a lot of banter with them, and probably put some of them off their stroke.

An hour in the pub at Dunbar completed our outing, and home to a take away Indian meal...... well, who wants to cook after a walk?

I have added a couple of photos of the walk in extras.
