A beautiful morning walk among the vines.

One of those morning walks when you leave with hat, coat, fleece and gloves and think that you should have put another layer on... and return in t.shirt carrying all of the aforementioned items!

Cold and crispy. A heavy frost and the spiders have been making very halloweeny, frosted decorations among the vines and the sunflowers. A bright blue sky portents another glorious day here in the Loire.

Dozy and the current Mrs Mart requested that we do not visit 'yet another mouldy old ruin' a chateau today. However, they did not greet my suggestion of a morning spent at the local 2nd world war tank museum with a great deal of enthusiasm.... some people eh?
