Harry and Selena both had work this morning, so we were all up.
Keith and Naomi came back with the car after doing the Forest of Dean Classic bike ride, so we had lunch together before Naomi re built the bikes and they headed off back to London.
I feel a bit of a lazy afternoon coming on!
