Squeaky Beach....

Google it - Squeaky beach, Wilson's Prom - there are loads of YouTube videos... The sand squeaks when you walk on it. Something to do with rounded quartz sand. Either way, when you walk on this beach it just makes you smile. Aside from the fact it is spectacularly beautiful, even on a day like today which is horizontal rain and gail force winds. I just had to risk the SLR in the rain for some shots of this place.

In other news, today was also a day for animals crossing in front of my car! I had to stop for a koala, 3 emus and a kangaroo - not all together you understand!!!
