Driving home from work I noticed how bright the moon was, in fact when I came to photograph it I thought it was too bright. Even as 1/8000 (as fast as my camera will go) the images still looked bright. I did try a smaller aperture in a few shots (I don't often use manual) but I preferred this earlier shot at f5.3.

One day I will take a photo of the moon that I'm completely happy with.
