I woke up this morning, fairly late and planned a trip into Melbourne, completely forgetting about a friends house warming BBQ this afternoon. I remembered just in time and was put in charge of bread for all the guests... a surprisingly stressful task I feel! The weather turned out to be beautiful and we spent most of the evening outside in her garden. I only had 1 small spider incident as one abseilled down from the shelter in front of me. I also got to hear and see a Brushtail Possum in the tree at the back of the garden, thoroughly upset with us for interrupting his evening exploits. Got to bed ridiculously late after far too many Crownies. A lovely evening!
