Nerja Sunset

Backblip - February 2010

After flying here from the UK and driving around 300 miles here in Spain (after no sleep last night) I arrived at my hotel, a parador in Nerja, Spain. Located on the clifftop with uninterrupted views over the sea and a lift down to the beach and paseo. Beautiful. The mountains behind still have snow on them but it feels reasonably warm (for February) - too tired to do much except find something to eat (and drink) and then go to bed - walked out of the hotel to see ... this ...... the sky on fire with the evening sun - fabulous!! Made that drive all worthwhile (wonder if the sunrise will be as spectacular - must set my alarm!!).
