On guard!

Got to sleep at 3am this morning. Asthma + cold is a terrible combination. A few times it felt quite difficult to breathe.

Spent the day at home, only venturing out into the garden to prune a few shrubs (to get fresh air and a bit of exercise). Mr Marley enjoyed keeping watch while I pruned.

Hopefully a better night’s sleep tonight.
