Juvenile Cooper's Hawk

For two weeks now I've heard a loud peeping from above and from two different areas close together in the quad at Seneca College's Newnham Campus where I teach twice a week. Today, I found out what was making those sounds: two young Cooper's Hawks. They might be young brown-tailed hawks but I think they're Coopers. I suspect they are siblings recently booted from the nest. Squirrels and pigeons were noticeably absent.
