A Trip Out To Evening Dressage

China and I had a trip out to an evening dressage competition after work today. He was quite excited when we got there and it was quite a challenge to get him to relax. I was so pleased with our first test as we held it together and won with a score of 68.6% which was 2% higher than last time out.

The least said about the second test the better, there was a lot of rider error and it was all a bit rushed. I completely tensed up, but we survived without mishap. We still got a reasonable score and came 4th which I was pleased with, especially as we were competing at a higher level than previously.
