Newpurple

First phase of dealing with the ceiling of the Purple Room completed today - the over-boarding - which means the violently yellow ceiling is now a soothing grey, soon to be a plastery pink.

We seem to have found exceptionarily tidy plasterers.  I probably wouldn't but it looks like you could eat off the floor.

We had thought that the 'Purple' misnomer was simply a naming of the room sat between the Red- and Blue-named ones.  However, under the carpet was one tiny tuft of purple fluff - a residue of a past purple carpet perhaps?
