Jigsaw Bakery

A new real bread bakery has opened in our village, only a few doors down the road.

Just over a year ago Matt found himself with the time and chance to follow his dream of learning to bake. He has spent last year experimenting with recipes in the family kitchen and selling his wares from the back of the family camper van. The pop-up business proved very successful - a combination of tasty and interesting bread, great personality and lots of family support.

Finally last week he moved into this shop!

I gather his two girls are especially excited as there is a possibility that they may now be able to get a kitten :-)
