The Workshop

Down to the boat for some essential pottering. First up, the famous 'winterising' of the engine. That accomplished, I dried out all the bilges, washed the toilet through and then got the barnacles removed from the hull. Had the radio on, listening to Hearts toiling away at Inverness. Before I switched it off. The boat looks like a workshop inside - and with a nice wide angle looks enormous too. Fantastic. Must get specs like that.
Later took in an exhibition - Scotland's Urbanised Landscape 1700-1900 - small scale but fascinating. Well, I thought so. Now the sun is so far over the yardarm that it's disappeared entirely. Well past uncorking time. Bottoms up!
