Garden peacocks

I have always fancied having a garden with some peacocks - I am not sure the neighbours would agree with the noise they can make. This peacock butterfly is probably as close as I will get.
Common in the UK, I haven't seen many out here but whilst enjoying a brief siesta this one decided to feed on a nearby weed.
A trip to the valley today. Bizarrely before I left, I e-mailed a local English friend about something, who I then bumped into in the local DIY shop and then again thirty minutes later in Lidl.
