A Wave On The Ocean

For those lost in the First World War, who never knew their children, or the generations since.

For those lost in WW2, whose sisters still mourned their loss fifty years later, always wondering where their bodies lay.

For those who returned from WW2 deafened by artillery shells from fighting in North Africa, never able to hear properly but never complaining about what happened.

And for many, many more besides, not just my family.

Never forgotten.
