Rainbow feather hatband

Went to the Prince Lot Hula Festival at Iolani Palace today - wonderful!   Used to be held at Moanaloa Gardens, but they are growing into this venue.  This rainbow feather hatband is the hands down winner.   Shave ice was mandatory and had a long line  . . .    order here, pickup over here.  When your number was called, you felt like a bingo winner!
