Wednesday's Tea

Ann found a receipt for a Feta/Spinach/Spring Onion Quiche. Different from traditional quiche in so much as it is cooked in individual ramekins, or small pie dishes in our case as they didn't have ramekins in Lakeland and the ones we have are too small, and it has no pastry. We had it with runner beans and mangetout plus veggie sausages. Very nice.
