Our Neighbour

This is our neighbour. He was born in the valley and is one of the few real farmers still making his living there. He was an enormous help to my parents-in-law when they purchased the property in the early 70s and still helps us out from time to time, despite now being in his early 80s.

I was taken with his gun bag as we drove past and commented it would make a good blip (not the sort of thing you see around much these days).
I didn't think he would fancy being in the photo too but he didn't mind at all.
