The new and the old!

This week our Photo Group Challenge was to take a single flower. CCN and I decided we would take the same flower at a different stage of its life. This is one of my favourite banksias that grows on Wombat Hollow. I think it’s a true miracle of nature and I love it just as much as it shows its age. Sadly I’m posting a bit late for Flower Friday Biker Bear, but I am simply trying to keep up with what life is all about at the moment.
