Creme caramel in Spain - the perfect dessert

Our holiday exchange hosts in Portugal took us over the border to Spain for sight-seeing and lunch... I LOVE the fact that they are big on creme caramels - it is a great sadness in my view that we don't take the trouble to appreciate them enough to have eight different varieties in the shops here......
