Out among the heather

A fine dry day

My wife and I went for a walk up Carrot Hill, only a few miles from our home. We wanted to see the heather and we know the views are amazing from the top. Since I can walk further these days we walked from the first Cairn to the second Cairn. It felt good to be out among the purple heather.

Only a week to go until the Dundee Kiltwalk - the family is getting excited.
