Chop

Before I chop these beautiful big mushrooms, I always marvel at the (repetitive) patterns on their underside. They're all just ever so slightly different to each other and all ever so pretty.

I had a chiropractor appointment last night; my first time. Then home to cook a delicious risotto with my mushrooms.
