Runder the weather

I’ve not been feeling that hot the past few days but decided to take on a wee 6k run down at Stobo as I’ve not had much exercise this week. It was pretty grey, mizzly and gusty (again). Topped it off with an hour swim, still not feeling wonderful but at least I got out.
