Savoy & shitake shmingle

I lightly steamed the savoy but it still lost its colour as soon as it cooled. I'll prepare it earlier and just wilt it by marination in future. I simply marinated the mushrooms till they look cooked. I plopped a few pumpkin patties on top.

What you can't see in this image is the lip-smacking dressing which was a combination of ginger, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce and olive oil. Real zing.
